Hi....been using vova for about 5/6…

Hi....been using vova for about 5/6 years now ..went back on it today abs app jusr wouldn't..is there problems with the vova app ???

Not sure if I can trust this product!

I purchased this and it took over a month before I got it, and when it came the package was flimsy and when I open the container the product was leaking out because it was open or was used. Am afraid to even use it because I don't know if it was tampered with. Wouldn't purchased it again, more over they don't contact you or send you up dates via email or any other communication about your order. I have no confidence in this because of the poor handling of the shipping. It wasn't even in a box other than just the container it came in.

They took my money and never received…

They took my money and never received my goods absolutely disgusting 🤮 and now they are no longer in line want to take this further but not sure how I especially orders two bags Gucci it showed gg for Gucci but when I got one bag it wasn’t what I ordered it says dg a completely rubbish bag there’s so I ordered and out off everything I got 3 Things absolutely pissed off where’s my goods abd where’s my money

I ordered few items from VOVA in September 2021 but I didn't get yet after near about 6 months. I requested for refund but no response from them.

Bad experience

I placed and paid for an order in October 2021 and I still haven't received anything. I keep trying to get on their app without success. I have emailed their customer service without success. Looks like I am not getting my money back. I am very disappointed with Vova

Purchased some order back in September…

Purchased some order back in September and still nothing received and the app is no longer working. They have stopped responding and simply No refund.
My money is gone & there is no order to come, simple as that. Fraud company.
Will stick to Ali express & wish.

Very bad experience with this company

Very bad experience with this company. My order is missing and they not only wasted my time but also refused to refund the money. I even sent an email to the support services but they didn't realy care of my request. They suppose to guarantee the orders but that is just about absurd advertising. I wasted both time and money… Sorry but this seems to be a scam.

I placed an order in September 2021 and I still haven't received anything! I paid for the order! I keep trying to get on their website without progress! It seems I'm not going to get my money back! I'm very disappointed! I'll stick with AliExpress!

A:

No don't waste your money. The photos look good and genuine but the goods are all very cheaply and poorly made replicas. I know as I was duped.

They say they do and your drawn into a false sense of security. I tried and tried to get a refund but they refused time and time again despite my evidence. Returns are basically non existent.
